What to Expect on Your Service Day

Your appointment

Your appointment time is an estimate. We do our best to be there within 30 minutes either side of your window. Your technician will text you if he is running early or late.

State of the art equipment

Depending on the work you've requested, your technician could be utilizing any of the following:

• Xero Pure Water Fed Pole — a triple filtration system taking tap water and removing all impurities to allow a chemical free pure clean on your solar panels, windows, frames and more.
• Xero Pure Screen Cleaner — this machine takes your entire window screen and scrubs it top to bottom, inside and out. It's like a car wash for your screens. What a difference this machine makes on your screens and screen frames.
• Dewalt Pro Pressure Washer — you will appreciate the powerful yet gentle cleaning ability of this machine. You can get your patio cover, driveways, walkways and more cleaned like new while actually saving water.
• Small tools, squeegees and equipment to ensure you are left with sparkling clean windows.

Some housekeeping tips

• If you have a dog, please clean up after them before your appointment so that the technician doesn't step in something and unknowingly carry it around.
• If interior work is scheduled, please remove all small items from in front of your windows so the technician has access. Because we serve many highly vulnerable clients, our technicians will wear masks whenever inside the house. We highly recommend you do also, and opening the windows before and after your appointment better protects everyone.
• Technicians can move couches, furniture and beds if they are not too heavy — but if something is not moveable, then that window will be assumed to be "unable to reach."
• The same is true for exterior windows where landscaping plants or other immovable obstacles prevent safe access. All reasonable, safe efforts will be made to access your windows. Your technician may "clip it" or "skip it."

Being honest about results

Every effort and technique will be used to get your windows as clean as possible. Many times windows have not been cleaned in years, therefore stains, oxidation, hard water deposits, and corrosion of frames and tracks make it impossible to clean perfectly. This is especially true with older style windows. Please let your technician know if there's a window that you aren't completely satisfied with at completion. Your technician will look at it and determine if it's something that's inside of the window — a common air gap between the panes creates markings — or not, and whether it can be touched up at all.

Nominal specks of paint and mineral deposits will be included in the normal window cleaning process, but excessive amounts will either need to be added to the quote or left as is.
