We don't just clean, we CARE — and that starts with the people who do the work. If you take pride in a job done right and like being outside, we'd love to meet you.
What it's like working here
Window & Solar Care is a family-run, local business serving Hemet and the Coachella Valley. We're not a big faceless franchise — you'd be part of a small crew that treats customers, and each other, right.
Right now we're hiring a Lead Technician. If that's not quite you but you're still interested, apply anyway — we're always glad to meet hardworking, reliable people, and we'll reach out when the right spot opens up.
No experience in window or solar cleaning? That's okay. A good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn matter most — we'll train the rest. A clean driving record and being comfortable working on ladders are a plus.
Why work with us
- Local and family-run, not a franchise
- Steady, year-round work
- Outdoors, a different site every day
- A crew that treats you right
- Room to grow with the company
